Frames allow you to divide a page into several windows, each of them displaying a different HTML document. The HTML document containing the frames does not include the BODY command nor any other HTML commands. If any are present they are simply ignored. The frames page uses the main <FRAMESET> tag.
To insert frames in your document:
In the Table,
Frames and Lists tab, click on the Insert Frames.
You can use the shortcut SHIFT+ALT+F (Refer to Shortcuts
list).
The Insert frames window is
displayed.
Divide the window as you like and define the properties of each frame.
As needed, defines the properties of the frame page.
AceHTML inserts the following command in your document:
You can modify a frame definition with the help of the Tag capture method.
This windows displays a preview area where you can view your page as you design it. To the left of the window there is a series of buttons which you can use to define the parameters of each frame.
You can also use the context menu (right mouse button) to access commands. First you must place the cursor inside the frame you want to define.

This button is used to open the dialog box Properties that apply to the HTML page that contains the frames. | |
This button is used to delete all the frames that you have defined in the window. |
Once frames have been created, you can resize them manually:
Place the mouse pointer on one of the division bars.
Click and drag the division bar in order to resize the frame.
